Deep Happiness Workshop

Insights from Zen Buddhism and Western Science

Saturday July 31

9am - 4pm

St David of Wales

It is becoming clear that true happiness does not come from having more money, more things, or more fame. But happiness is indeed within our reach. In this day-long workshop, you will explore techniques that foster deep, enduring happiness. You will review key insights from Buddhist teachers such as the Dalai Lama and Taizan Maezumi Roshi and will investigate new discoveries from the worlds of positive psychology and sociology.

Throughout the day, you will explore specific meditative and cognitive techniques that have been shown to enhance personal well-being. By the end of the day, you will have new insights into ways to manifest deep happiness more fully in your own life.
