Have you ever wanted to try writing poetry?
Join in this event writing 30 poems in 30 days and watch your poetry prowess emerge. April 1st to April 30th, 2013, everyone is welcome to participate. No experience necessary. If you have never written a poem before, this is the place to start. For inspiration and to create community, we will be posting our poetry online for all participants in the event to read.
To begin, you may wish to come to the Poetry Workshop with Cibyl Kavan March 30th, 2013.

Cibyl Kavan is a ZCO student, an emerging poet, visual artist, musician, and teacher. She volunteers in the Japanese Garden Haiku Alive school program, and leads poetry workshops at Heart of Wisdom.
