- 6 - 7 pm Arrival and dinner (informal)
- 7:30 pm Meet in zendo for introduction to sesshin
- 8:15 pm Instruction in oriyoki and various training positions
- 9:00 pm Zazen and formal opening of sesshin
- 9:25 pm Closing chants/End of day
- 10:00 pm Monastery doors locked

- 3:50 am Wake up bell
- 4:30 am Zazen
- 6:20 am Service
- 6:50 am Breakfast
- 8:00 am Work period begins
- 9:50 am Warning bell to clean up
- 10:00 am End of work period
- 10:30 am Zazen

- 1:30 - 3 pm Break
- 3:00 pm Zazen
