Friday 7:00 pm, Metta and Compassion Meditation with Zen Teacher Bansho

Friday, May 01, 2020 - 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Our Original Heart is always open. Metta (Loving Kindness) practice can help dispel fear and anxiety, that prevents us from experiencing the ease and joy of the present moment. Compassion practice develops resilience and flexibility in the face of difficulties.

Each week we will do a guided meditation on loving-kindness, compassion, forgiveness, or gratitude followed by a short talk and an off-the-cushion mindfulness practice.

Join us through Zoom. This will be a regular meeting every Friday.
