Loving Kindness Weekend Meditation Retreat

Friday, June 07, 2019 - 5:00 pm to Sunday, June 09, 2019 - 2:00 pm

What remains at the bottom of a silent heart?

In this retreat we will explore how fear, anxiety and fixed beliefs keep us from opening our hearts and living a life of ease and joy. We relax the traditional zen forms allowing body and heart to release and open.

Through meditation, movement, mindful eating, work practice and rest we will immerse ourselves in the practices of Presence, Loving Kindness, Compassion, and Joy. Cultivating the undefended heart needed to respond to the chaos of our modern world.

Opportunity to meet with the retreat leaders in a group will be offered.

This is a great retreat for those new to retreat practice or for those who wish to deepen their meditation practice.

If you have one, please bring a yoga mat.

**$50 of the retreat fee counts towards a nonrefundable deposit. We can transfer the deposit to future retreats, if necessary**

Options to donate to our scholarship fund, which allows those on a low or fixed income to have the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of retreat and Dharma practice, please make a donation if you are able.
