Tuesday 7:00pm, Meditation and Discussion with Zen Teacher Kodo

Tuesday, March 17, 2020 - 7:00 pm to Sunday, May 24, 2020 - 9:00 pm

During this time of rapidly changing life circumstances, our practice can help us remain calm and open hearted, optimistic while pragmatic, kind and generous. By simply returning to the present moment of the breath we can help  resettle the mind/heart if we become anxious or fall into despair during the day.

But this takes remembering and practice so that during stressful situations it is our default method of activity. We have many tools and much support. Now is the time to use them!

7:00 Meditation
8:00 Dharma talk and discussion

We are told to keep social distance...this is physical distance to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus...we can reach out to each other in this amazing manner and stay socially connected and interconnected without spreading this virus.

May everyone be well.

Join us through Zoom. This will be a regular meeting every Tuesday.
