Loving Kindness Sesshin: A 5-Day Meditation Retreat

Tuesday, June 18, 2019 - 5:00 pm to Sunday, June 23, 2019 - 1:00 pm

May you be free from anxiety and fear...

As images and messages of suffering in the world stream through our lives we sit with unresolved emotions in our hearts. Wanting to address the impact of violence, poverty and oppression arises naturally as we open our hearts through practice.

During this sesshin we will explore how to hold the open tender heart in the midst of our own and others suffering. We will dedicate this week of practice to learning, exploring and cultivating the boundless qualities of Loving Kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy, and Equanimity.

Together we can move beyond a self centered view and embrace the whole continuum of human experience.

Options to donate to our scholarship fund, which allows those on a low or fixed income to have the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of retreat and Dharma practice, please make a donation if you are able.

Silver Dragons option (relaxed schedule) available for those 60 years and older.
